The TVM 2.1-050-W1/220/380V is a power supply module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the TVM Power Supply Modules series. It converts factory mains into the stabilized DC link required by Indramat servo drives, allowing coordinated motion axes to share a common supply. The unit is configuration 1 in Series 2 and is classified as a power supply module. In automated cells, it connects to the drive rack, where its internal bleeder and blower manage regenerative energy and heat buildup.
Incoming power reaches the module through a control input rated at 220/380 V AC, while a separate nominal input of 220 V AC supplies the control circuits. After rectification and smoothing, the supply provides a DC bus of 300 V DC. It can deliver a continuous output of 25 A, and the type current rating is 50 A for transient events. Short-duration demand is handled by a 150 A peak output that can be maintained for 300 ms, supporting rapid axis acceleration.
