The TVM 2.1-050-W1/115/220 is a power supply module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the TVM Power Supply Modules series. It converts three-phase mains power into a stabilized DC bus that feeds Indramat servo drives and provides the auxiliary voltages needed for coordinated machine operation in industrial automation environments. This arrangement allows one supply unit to support shared drive power distribution across connected axes. The module operates from a nominal 220 VAC mains line, and its separate controller supply accepts 115 / 220 VAC so the control electronics can remain energized during line disturbances.

Internally, the unit delivers a continuous output current of 25 A through a DC link held at 300 V. Short acceleration bursts can draw up to 150 A, and excess regenerated energy is dissipated by a bleeder rated at 0.45 kW. The energy storage capacitors can absorb up to 14 kWs before protective shutdown occurs. The continuous bleeder duty remains active whenever DC link voltage is present, which helps manage returned energy during deceleration. Configuration code 1 uses a standard cooling layout with a 115 VAC fan protected by a 0.630 A / 250 V fuse, and the fan consumes 30 W. Line-side protection is provided by a 25 A / 380 V power-section fuse, the design is intended for a type current of 50 A for drive groups totaling about 15 kW, and the unit uses hardware revision 2.

Maximum power loss is 580 W, so cabinet ventilation must remove the heat generated by the module during operation. The aluminum housing has an IP 10 rating, which suits installation inside closed electrical cabinets that already control airborne contaminants. The enclosure is intended for protected cabinet mounting rather than open exposure on the machine. With a type power capacity of 15 kW, the supply can support several axes while staying within its continuous operating range. Despite this output range, the module has a mass of 15 kg, which helps keep panel mounting straightforward. A nominal ventilation demand of 30 W keeps internal components within their intended temperature range.
