Product Description:
The TVM 2.1-050-220/300-W1/220/115 power supply module made by Bosch Rexroth features separate connections at its bottom for providing power to the blowers used for the servo drives and the module. The inbuilt blower ensures that the product operates at an ambient temperature for optimum performance. The device makes use of LEDs to give indications or warnings for further diagnosis. Its Bb ready-state contact will not close as needed if there is a defective fuse that results in a faulty 24V and/or +/-15V control voltage.
This device brings the drive to standstill mode with its dynamic braking feature when the drive electronic system encounters any fault. The module implements the usage of a wire ribbon cable to provide the signal voltage for the servo drives associated with it. Its Power ON display has a dark illumination or lights up in red color when the X9 connector input does not have a 3 x 230VAC +/-10% voltage rating. One unit can be connected to up to six servo drives using a common grounding rail. The AC power input of the product is connected through its L1, L2, and L3 terminals.
The power supply device has a discharge time of more than 1 minute. The line input fuses of this module have a current rating of 6.3A. The unit can be fitted with an external auxiliary bleeder module to raise its continuous regenerative power. Its X1 connector is used to connect the wire ribbon cable. The product comprises a bleeder resistor to absorb the regenerated energy when the drive is utilized as a generator. This module is known for its high performance and rugged design.
