The TVM 2.1-050-220/300-W1/115/200V is a power supply module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the TVM Power Supply Modules series. It converts incoming line power into a regulated DC bus and auxiliary control voltages for multiple axis controllers and servo drives in industrial automation systems. By combining line rectification, energy storage, and bleeder circuitry in one housing, the unit supplies stable power and absorbs regenerative energy during machine operation. The integrated layout also helps keep cabinet wiring straightforward. This arrangement is suitable for shared supply architectures where several connected drives draw power from the same DC bus.

A maximum feedback energy reserve of 14 kWs allows the unit to store kinetic energy from rapid axis reversals without exceeding the bus capacitors. The enclosure is rated IP10 with insulation category C, and the module can be mounted at elevations up to 1000 m above sea level when site voltage variation remains within ±15%. Continuous bleeder operation is rated at 0.45 kW, the logic supply provides 8 A at 24 V DC, and the ±15 V rails supply 0.9 A and 1.0 A. Overall mass is 15 kg, which supports panel load calculations, and the auxiliary outputs can feed control electronics and measurement circuits without a separate low-power supply module.
