The TVM 2.1-050-220/300-W1/115/200V is a power supply module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the TVM Power Supply Modules series. It converts incoming line power into a regulated DC bus and auxiliary control voltages for multiple axis controllers and servo drives in industrial automation systems. By combining line rectification, energy storage, and bleeder circuitry in one housing, the unit supplies stable power and absorbs regenerative energy during machine operation. The integrated layout also helps keep cabinet wiring straightforward. This arrangement is suitable for shared supply architectures where several connected drives draw power from the same DC bus.
The module can deliver a continuous bus current of 25 A, while short-term demand is covered by a peak capacity of 150 A. Its DC link is stabilized at 300 V from an AC 220 V three-phase input with a tolerance of +15/-10%, and line frequency is 50–60 Hz. The internal rating supports connected loads up to 15 kW, and the bleeder circuit dissipates regenerative surges so overvoltage does not reach the drive during deceleration.
