The TVM2.1 power supply module is used to take power directly from the 3-phase power source and convert it into a stabilized dc-link voltage. The dc-link link voltage is further used to operate drives and other I/O devices. The module takes connection from the AC 3 × 220 V power source with ±15% tolerance and converts it into the dc voltage. During deceleration, the 0.45 kW of continuous regenerated power (without bleeder resistor) and 2.25 kW of continuous regenerated power (with bleeder resistor) are feedback into the electrical system which helps in developing a cost-effective motion control system. The TVM2.1 power supply module comes with an autotransformer and auxiliary bleeder module. The signal voltage produced by the supply module is supplied to all drives via a wire ribbon cable.
