The TVM 1.2-050-220/300-W1/115/220 Bosch Rexroth power supply module comes with a 2-configuration code and a 1 series code. The supply module allows the connected drives to function in a generator mode. The product comes with a nominal bus voltage of 300VDC. The device supports a natural convection cooling mode. It supports connectivity with one or more TCM 1 auxiliary capacitance modules. These capacitance modules store the drive energy in the DC bus circuit of the power supply when there is a braking action and minimizes the heat loss in the enclosure housing the unit. The product can incorporate a dynamic braking feature that is activated by its ready-state contact.
The supply module comes with natural convection cooling method. The LED displays present on the device help in fast and easy troubleshooting. The unit powers OFF automatically whenever an error is encountered. It features a 220VAC input voltage with three phases. The line fuses of the product have a 6.3A current rating. The servomotor, as well as the servo drive connected with the device, must be compatible with each other. The unit generates the signal voltages that power the electronic circuitry incorporated in the servo drives.
The product features a frequency ranging from 50Hz to 60Hz. The RESET button of this device can be used when its bleeder is overloaded. The three L1, L2, and L3 terminals of the supply unit are used to connect the AC power input. The ground rail located at the top renders common grounding for each of the three drives. The power supply must be capable of handling the peak return power and power return duration when the associated motor operates in generator mode.
