The Rexroth Indramat TVM 1.2-050-200/300-W1 is a power supply module. It is installed in Indramat AC drive systems and can supply DC power to several drives. Input rating of the TVM 1.2-050-200/300-W1 is 220 Volts AC. DC bus on the power supply module is rated for 300 Volts DC. Output current of the TVM 1.2-050-200/300-W1 is 50 Amps. The module includes a built in blower for cooling. Main function of the supply module is to rectify the incoming AC voltage and convert it to DC for the Indramat drives. The supply module also provides the 15 Volts / 24 Volts control voltage output for the drive electronics. Rated output of the TVM 1.2-050-200/300-W1 is valid for 5 to 45 degrees Celsius operating temperature. The supply output falls to 80% of rated values at 55 degrees Celsius. The supply output also derates at altitudes exceeding 1000 meters and the derating reaches a peak at altitude of 5000 meters.

Mains connection for the TVM 1.2-050-200/300-W1 can be protected by either fuses or circuit breakers. The protective device is usually placed on the primary side of the transformer. The input voltages can be adapted for grounded mains systems. Connecting the power supply module through the isolation transformer offers the best protection against high voltages and provides the best possible operating safety. An additional bleeder can be connected to the TVM 1.2-050-200/300-W1 to increase both the continuous and peak regenerated power. The supply module is designed for installation inside a control cabinet. Protection category of the module is IP 10. A maximum number of six switching procedures is allowed for the module per minute.
