TVM 1.1-50-300-W1 is an industrial power supply module. It is part of the TVM product line from Bosch Rexroth. The supply module converts AC input to DC output via rectification. The DC output is supplied to the connected drives for the drive electronics and the motor power. The module supplies the electronics of the drive module through the wire ribbon cable. An isolation transformer is not required when the supply is connected to grounded AC mains. However, an isolation transformer should be used when the supply module is connected to ungrounded AC mains. Rated output of the TVM 1.1-50-300-W1 supply module is 50 Amps. Its DC bus voltage is 300 Volts DC. The supply module is equipped with a blower for increasing the airflow for improving heat dissipation. Furthermore, proper spacing around the supply is mandatory for ensuring smooth airflow and maintaining ambient temperature within prescribed limits. The recommend ambient temperature for rated output is 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. Derated operation is permitted at ambient temperatures going up to 55 degrees Celsius.
