The TDA 1.1-050-3-AP0 model is designed and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat for the digital control of the 2AD asynchronous and 1MD frameless main spindle motors. The TDA 1 main spindle controller is equipped with a ±10 V analog speed command interface for controlling the main spindle speed and continuous power delivery. The model comes with an additional encoder input for spindle feedback or 2^nd motor feedback signal to the controller’s internal position loop. For spindle synchronization, both the additional encoder input and asynchronous input (connection for master spindle feedback signal) are supplied. The model doesn’t have any other additional interface. The model takes a 300 VDC electrical connection through the L – and L + terminal. The model consumes 160 mA of current at ±15 V test voltage and the +24 V load voltage consumes 1.2 A of power. The model can be stored and transported between the temperature ranges of -30 to +85 degree Celsius and it can operate ideally between the permissible temperature ranges of +5 to +45 degree Celsius without a reduction in rated data.
