The TDA 1.1-100-3-DP0 is a modular TDA 1 main spindle controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It is dedicated to the intelligent control of 2AD main spindle motors and 1MB frameless spindle motors. Also, it weighs 10.5 kg and cools with air generated from inside its control cabinet. In combination with the right drive unit, this controller confers high stiffness and a broad speed range. The features it confers on corresponding drive units ensure that it finds application with NC-controlled machines. Its rated current is 100 Amperes, and its (Icont) continuous effective current has a value of 70 Amperes. Some of the typical features of the TDA 1.1-100-3-DP0 includes its digital (16-bit parallel) Command value input and an additional encoder input for spindle feedback/2nd motor feedback signal.
The specifications provided for this unit are only applicable when its acceptable operating temperature range is maintained between 5 degrees C and 45 degrees C.
