The TDA 1.1-100-3-A00/S001 is a new generation main spindle controller specially designed by Rexroth Indramat to offer intelligent control to industrial spindle motors. The controller is produced specifically for two major types of spindle motors, which are the INDRAMAT asynchronous spindle motor and the 1 MB frameless spindle motor. The TDA 1.1-100-3-A00/S001 spindle motor is particularly durable and flexible in its application; operators can configure the controller to adapt to various industrial machines such as textile machines, paper processing machines, robotics, and lots more. The motor is also user friendly; operators can easily input commands into the spindle controller through the control panel, which is integrated into the drive controller’s housing.
Parameters that determine the TDA 1.1-100-3-A00/S001 main spindle controller operation are stored in a special programming module, inserted into special slots present in the controller’s housing unit. If there is a need to repair or replace the spindle controller, the operators can immediately transfer this programing module into the new drive then start-up the controller without needing to carry out configuration operations all over again. An analog speed command interface is also integrated into the spindle controller.
The TDA 1.1-100-3-A00/S001 main spindle controller connects to the spindle motor through the motor feedback cable and the power cable.
