Product Description:

The INDRAMAT’s A.C drive system is made up of the supply module and the drive module. The modules provide high D.C voltage for the motor power and the control voltages. The drives provide control voltage with the TBM1.1-20/115V additional bleeder. The additional components optimized the useable power of the TVM 2.4 with the proposed applications. The TBM 1.2 additional bleeder module for the TVM is installed to increase the peak current and continuous regenerated power to higher the drive efficiency.

The additional TBM 1.1-20/115V has the connecting voltage of 3*AC220V(+/-15%) and requires a continuous bleeder power range from 0.45kW to 2.25kW. the bleeder requires the peak bleeder power of 10kW to 50kW for effective operation in the main supply module TVM drive. This power rating is achieved by a combination of both TVM 2.4 servo drive and the TBM additional bleeder. For the installation of the TBM the 24 V lead and EB leads route is required to manage along with the 24V blower supply current consumption 140mA.

The permissible ambient temperature for the additional TBM 1.1-20/115V bleeder is +5°C to +45°C and the derated output of 55°C. the installation altitude for the drive with the additional TBM 1.1-20 bleeder is maximum 1000 meters above sea level. It has the humidity class F as per DIN 40 040 and has the insulation class C per DIN VDE 0110 and falls in the protection category of IP 10 per DIN 40 050. The TBM1.1-20 bleeder resistor heat up during operation. There must be a proper path to maintain the heat away. Combustible material like cables and wires must be positioned at least 200 mm away and 40mm to the side and front unit to avoid any vulnerability.
