Product Description:
The SR-L1.0023.060-10.817 is a synchronous servo motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as a member of the SR Synchronous Servo Motors series. In motion-control assemblies, this motor supplies closed-loop rotary positioning and speed regulation for pick-and-place axes, packaging spindles, and similar equipment. Its compact permanent-magnet construction and integrated feedback provide repeatable torque output while maintaining a small installation footprint.
It reaches a rated speed of 6000 rpm, allowing the drive electronics to command rapid indexing cycles without field weakening. The motor develops 2.3 Nm of standstill torque when energized and held at zero speed, making its static load capacity suitable for light tooling or belt drives. Its magnetic circuit provides a torque constant of 0.73 Nm/A, so each ampere supplied by the inverter produces a predictable amount of shaft torque. Two NTC temperature sensors monitor continuous stator heating and help protect the windings from thermal overload. The enclosure carries an IP67 protection rating, permitting washdown use when the shaft seal is installed correctly. During sustained stall conditions, the phase current stabilizes at 3.16 A, which provides a practical value for selecting a compatible drive.
The bearings have a minimum service life of 20,000 hours under the specified radial and axial loads, while the housing castings tolerate transport shocks of up to 6 g. Position feedback is generated by a resolver whose mechanical alignment limits system error to ±10 arcmin. The drive electronics convert the resolver signal into a usable resolution of 8192 increments per revolution, supporting smooth interpolation at high speeds. The flange follows IEC 72-2 and DIN 42 948 dimensions and uses the IM B5 mounting style, allowing the motor to bolt to standard platens without adapters.
