Product Description:
The SR-L1.0008.060-10.816 is a synchronous servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the SR Synchronous Servo Motors series. As a direct-drive actuator, it converts commanded current into precise shaft rotation for positioning and velocity loops in industrial automation machines. Electronic commutation aligns the stator field with the rotor magnets, and a resolver mounted on the shaft supplies position feedback to the drive controller. It is intended for closed-loop motion tasks that require repeatable rotary output.
The motor reaches a rated speed of 6000 rpm, allowing fast cycle times in pick-and-place or spindle applications. At standstill, the windings can draw a current of 1.1 Arms, a value used when sizing the power stage and cabling. The linked converter must furnish a DC bus of 670 V, and the drive then synthesizes a sinusoidal phase voltage that matches the motor’s sinusoidal EMF. Housing and connector interfaces meet the IP67 protection class, so the unit tolerates dust ingress and temporary water immersion when all mating plugs are fastened. Mechanical integration follows the IM B5 construction style, meaning the flange carries radial loads and the shaft projects forward for couplings or pulleys. This mounting style supports direct attachment to machine flanges where accurate alignment is important.
Operation is permitted up to 1000 m above sea level without derating and within an ambient range from 0 °C to 40 °C. The resolver interface provides a resolution of 8192 incr./rev., supporting accurate interpolation by the connected drive. For coarse alignment tasks, the resolver’s mechanical error stays within ±10 angular min, which supports consistent startup positioning. Two NTC sensors embedded in the stator allow the controller to track winding temperature during operation. The motor is supplied without a mating connector, so the cable set can be selected to suit the enclosure layout.
