Product Description:
The SR-A2.0026.030-14.000 is a synchronous servo motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the SR Synchronous Servo Motors series. It is used in industrial automation to drive positioning or feed axes that require accurate speed and torque control. The motor reaches a rated speed of 3000 rpm, allowing conveyor sections or tooling spindles to maintain their required cycle times without mechanical gear changes. An integrated holding brake allows the drive to secure vertical loads when power is interrupted, making the motor suitable for assembly lines and material-handling stations.
The internal electromagnetic brake operates with 24 V and draws 0.56 A when engaged. It develops 3.2 Nm of static torque, and its moment of inertia is 0.4 × 10-4 kg·m², so it adds minimal load to the servo loop. During startup, the stator can draw a locked-rotor current of 1.7 A to generate 2.6 Nm of torque until the shaft begins to rotate. Once the shaft is moving, torque scales with current through a constant of 1.5 Nm/A, allowing the controller to anticipate the motor’s response to changing loads. Resolver feedback transmits absolute position data to the drive, and the analog transducer also supports velocity estimation for correct commutation throughout the operating range.
The mechanical interface tolerates an axial thrust of 70 N and uses a 100 mm square flange with a 14 mm diameter by 30 mm keyed shaft. High-resolution feedback of 8192 increments per revolution supports interpolation for fine positioning. The aluminum housing is 229 mm long, while the active rotor has a moment of inertia of 4 × 10-4 kg·m² for use in compact pick-and-place gantries. The motor has an overall mass of 6.5 kg, which supports installation on lightweight frames while helping limit vibration during rapid bidirectional movement.
