Product Description:

The SR-Servo Motor Series is manufactured by Rexroth Bosch to be compatible with the Servodyn-D Inverter Series and is complemented by the SF-Servo Motor Series. These motors are free from contamination due to the aluminum frame and utilize a DC link voltage of 670 V. They are fitted with plugin sockets for output and encoder which makes their connection and integration easier. The SF-Series motors are classified as synchronous motors and they employ electronic communication; the motors are fitted with a one-turn absolute value encoder for accurate position control and optimum speed. Both motor series are also equipped with an electronic rating plate

The SR-A2.0013.060-10.000 Servo Motor is cooled by convection, with a forced air cooling system where higher heat dissipation is required. This design of the motors makes the SF-Series motors efficient and effective in many industrial uses. The SR-A2.0013.060-10.000 motor is developed for high-precision purposes which need precise speed and position control. This motor is commonly used in machine tools especially in Computer Numerical Control or CNC machines which require high accuracy in cutting, milling and drilling. This ability of motors to run at a constant speed regardless of the load allows it to be applicable in automation systems such as robotics and in materials handling equipment such as in assembly and packaging processes.

The SR motor is also suitable for use in conveyor systems that are applied in line manufacturing for constant and precise movement. In printers and textile drives, the SR-A2.0013.060-10.000 ensures high speed and precision. Thus, such motor characteristics contribute to the proper functioning of the motor in operations requiring intensive movement, high accuracy, and dependability which are characteristic of numerous industries.

Internal Product Review

  • ‘‘The SR-A2.0013.060-10.000 controller module of Bosch Rexroth is fitted with two CAN interfaces, which allow simple networking. Despite having an RMS current of 5.6 A and 400 VDC, its power consumption is very low, about 14.5 W since there is no electrical interference from other components; therefore, it is safe for integration into an industrial control system.’’
