Product Description:
The SR-A1.0016.060-10.000 is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the SR Synchronous Servo Motors series. It functions as a compact rotary actuator for industrial automation tasks that require accurate speed and position regulation through resolver feedback. By converting electrical drive commands into controlled shaft motion, the unit fits packaging lines, pick-and-place modules, and other general-purpose machinery that requires dynamic closed-loop performance.
A nominal DC-link supply of 670 V feeds the stator windings, giving the drive enough voltage headroom for fast current rise and regenerative braking. At its rated speed of 6000 rpm, the rotor can follow high-frequency command profiles without excessive lag, which suits indexing tables and spindle-related duties. The locked-rotor capability reaches 1.6 Nm, which is the available starting torque when the energized shaft is held stationary. The torque constant is 0.67 Nm/A, so each ampere of phase current produces a proportional amount of torque. The motor uses a 70 mm square flange, which simplifies attachment to gearheads or mounting plates with matching dimensions.
During acceleration, the motor may draw a locked-rotor current of 2.4 A, so the inverter must be able to supply that level briefly without tripping. The housing mass of 2.1 kg keeps the assembly relatively light while still providing useful thermal mass for intermittent overloads. Installation uses IM B5 mounting, meaning the flange carries the load while the rear of the motor remains unsupported. The housing is sealed to IP 67, allowing use in areas exposed to dust and water jets. Rotor inertia is 0.83 × 10⁻⁴ kg·m², and the motor uses a smooth Ø11 × 23 mm shaft. Resolver feedback provides ±10 angular-minute accuracy at 8192 counts per revolution.
