The SOT02-E1A-AS is a station operator terminal designed by the company. The system is an operator control device for the CLM control modules produced by the company. Different drive systems produced by the company can be controlled via the monitor interface of the SOT panel. The device enables users to input important data and performance parameters. The device features a liquid crystal display that is backlit. It allows users to receive real-time feedback information while operating the system. The liquid crystal display features a 16 lines display with 40 characters each. This allows the panel to display much more information than the standard control panels used in other devices. Besides, the LCD screen is non-glare and utilizes a cold cathode fluorescent lamp. The operator keypad can also be used to change the functions of the integrated drives.
The SOT02-E1A-AS is user friendly and its internal software provides live assistance. This helps the users to enter correct information during operation. Because of its ‘click-contact’ keys, the keypad enables the users to add, enter, and change data in the CLM or any other integrated platform. When pressure is sensed on the keys, they ‘click’ which lets users know when the keys are actually pressed. The keypad also enables the operators to input different programmable outputs. These outputs include cycle start-stop and axis jog in forward/reverse mode. The SOT02-E1A-AS comes with up to 8 output terminals allowing it to integrate with multiple devices at a time. The operator terminal is programmed using the Screen Manager software. This product can be purchased from Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty period.
