The SG-B3.100.029-03.000 is a brushless servo motor developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the SG Synchronous Servo Motors series. In industrial automation, it delivers precise angular positioning and velocity control for ball screws, indexing tables, and robotic joints. A small integrated holding brake secures the load during power loss, supporting repeatable positioning on vertical axes and other applications that require load retention.

At its rated operating point, the motor reaches 3500 rpm, providing rapid cycle times while maintaining a standstill torque of 11.2 Nm for steady load support. This torque is produced with a standstill current of 15.6 A, which the drive must supply during continuous stall operation. The embedded brake operates at 24 V DC ±10%, allowing a standard 24-volt control supply to release it without an additional converter. The enclosure is rated IP65, protecting the motor against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets when it is properly mounted on machinery.
