The SG-B3.055.049-00.000 is a brushless synchronous servo motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the SG Synchronous Servo Motors series. It converts electrical drive commands into precise rotary motion for positioning axes, spindles, and linear stages used throughout automated assembly and machining lines. A resolver mounted on the rotor supplies continuous feedback to the drive controller, allowing closed-loop regulation of speed and position under dynamically changing loads.

The motor’s rated speed reaches 4800 rpm, indicating the highest continuous shaft speed it can sustain while meeting thermal and magnetic limits.
