The SG-B2.050.038-10.010 is a synchronous servo motor built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the SG Synchronous Servo Motors series. It converts electrical input from a compatible drive into controlled mechanical rotation for indexing tables, pick-and-place heads, or feeder rolls. The brushless resolver mounted in the stator supplies continuous rotor angle feedback, allowing the drive controller to regulate position and velocity precisely. An internal NTC thermistor reports the winding temperature, enabling the connected drive to monitor thermal conditions and protect the motor from excessive heat during demanding operating cycles.

The motor provides a standstill torque of 4.7 Nm, which is the maximum continuous twisting moment available at zero speed without overheating the windings. Current draw at that operating point is 9.5 A, which the drive must deliver continuously through its power stage.
