The SG-B1.016.060.03.00 servo motor is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the SG Synchronous Servo Motors series. It is a compact brushless unit intended for feed axes, pick-and-place heads, and other motion sequences that require precise speed and position regulation. A small integrated holding brake secures the shaft when the drive is disabled, supporting vertical loads and retaining tooling during emergency stops. The metal housing shields the stator windings and fits the 70 mm flange envelope used on light-duty automation frames.
The motor reaches a nominal speed of 6300 rpm, while its static torque is rated at 1.65 Nm. At standstill, the windings draw a peak current of 4.5 A to produce holding torque within the Class F insulation limit. Samarium-cobalt magnets provide high magnetic flux density in the rotor, and the resolver mounted on the rear housing reports rotor position for closed-loop control.
