The SG-A2.027.049-03.000 is a brushless synchronous servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the SG Synchronous Servo Motors series. It converts commanded current from a drive amplifier into precise rotary motion for feed axes, indexing tables, or traverse drives in automated equipment. A resolver integrated at the rear delivers continuous rotor position and speed data to the control loop, allowing accurate torque regulation across the full operating range without external sensors.

This motor reaches a nominal speed of 4800 rpm, so high-cycle moves can be executed without mechanical gearing. At standstill, it provides a static torque of 2.6 Nm, and the windings draw a steady 6.8 A to maintain that load. The small holding brake releases when supplied with 24 V DC ±10% and locks the shaft when power is removed. Heat generated during operation is dissipated through thermal radiation and natural convection, keeping the housing temperature within permissible limits. The motor is supplied in the IM B5 mounting form with a face-mounted flange machined to accuracy grade N.
