Designed to satisfy the rigorous requirements of a variety of industrial applications, the SF-A5.0460.020-14.000 is a sturdy and highly efficient industrial automation motor. With a locked-rotor current of 21 Amperes, this motor offers outstanding performance with a locked-rotor torque of 46 Nm and a rated speed of 2000 min^-1. It guarantees steady & smooth torque production with a torque constant of 2.2 Nm/A and a moment of inertia (including the encoder) of 166 x 10^-4 kgm^2. Without the holding brake, the motor weighs 35 kg, which guarantees reliability and durability in use.

This motor has a transferred holding torque of 56 Nm at 120C, making it particularly suited for high-holding torque applications. With a rated current of 1.33 Amperes and a supply voltage of 24  10%, it functions successfully while tolerating a residual ripple of 5%. The IM B5 construction type of the motor ensures precision & dependability with its smooth shaft, balance quality category 'N', and flange precision 'N'. With the sole exception of the output flange, which is dry-running tight and ensures superior protection in demanding conditions, the protection type is IP67.

A single-turn absolute value encoder (STG) for SF-motors and a resolver for SR-motors, which provide exact control and feedback, are two of the SF-A5.0460.020-14.000's key characteristics. In addition, the motor has two NTCs for temperature control, which tracks and regulates heat to ensure safe operation. The encoder & output/brake plug-in connectors in the design make installation & connecting easier.
