The SF-A5.0250.020-00.101 is a synchronous motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. Synchronous servo motors are permanently excited motors with electronic commutation designed to be used together with the fully digital Servodyn-D inverter system in high accuracy industrial applications such as packaging machinery, semiconductors and printing machinery. The motor has a compact design that features low contamination aluminum frame with an integrated SF encoder. This model is equipped with a single-turn absolute STG/MTG Encoder system for speed and position control. The unit is designed with installation pockets over the entire length of the motor for easy installation as well as plug in connection for the output and encoder.
The SF-A5.0250.020-00.101 is suited for use with a d.c. link voltage of 670V. The motor has a locked rotor current of 23 and a rated speed of 2,000. This model comes with shaft with keyway and feather key, without a mating connector. The mating connector can be ordered separately from Wake Industrial. Shaft connections with feather key, are suited for normal demands. The motor comes equipped with natural convection cooling with the option for surface ventilation. There are thermistors integrated into the windings of the motor that also help in temperature control and monitoring.
The motor?s insulation is rated F per DIN IEC 85 requirements. It also has a protection class rating of IP 67 meaning that it is protected from dirt, liquids, and other contaminants. The mass of the motor is 24 kg and the maximum length is 277 mm without the holding brake.
