Product Description:
The SF-A4.0230.030-10.053 is a servo motor by Bosch Rexroth. SF series motors are designed to work in with a Servodyn-D inverter system and come with a rotating plate to optimize the inverter to the motor. This unit features a brushless servo motor with an absolute single turn STG value encoder that is used to monitor speed and position. The motor can also be supplied with an MTG encoder system which is a multi-turn absolute value encoder. The unit is suited for a voltage of 670 V. It comes with standard convection cooling with optional forced-air cooling. The windings of the motor also have inbuilt thermistors for temperature control and monitoring.
This motor is water and dust-resistant with an IP 67 rating so it can be used in cases where there is a risk of contaminants like soluble oils and dust without damage. The Locked Rotor Current of the motor is 22 and it has a speed rating of 3000. It is equipped with a Basic Version smooth shaft for output which is suited to high demand applications with high multi-axis stress conditions.
The motor has a compact build made of low-contamination aluminium. It has an inbuilt electronic rating plate that helps in the optimization of the Servodyn-D inverter to the motor. The body of the motor has installation pockets along its length. It also comes with plug in connectors that are used to connect the output and encoder to the motor. This model does not come with a holding brake. Wake Industrial offers a one year warranty for this motor.
