The SF-A4.0172.030-10.0 from the SF lineup from Bosch caters specifically to these needs. These are space friendly motors of mass just 19 kgs and length 309 mm that produce a powerful torque of 18Nm. The Moment of inertia of this model is 40 x 10-4 kgm2. These robust motors with construction with a special grade aluminium have been tested to work in adverse conditions with heights up to 1000 meters above sea level and ambient temperatures of 0-45 degree Celsius.
These are brushless servo motors featuring permanently excited rotors that come along with an electronic commutation. Each motor holds an electronic rating plate for automatic optimization of the Servo Dyn-D inverter. Additionally few accessories can be added as per customer request like motor and encoder cables, power cables as yard ware and mating connector.
The balance quality of the motor is ‘N.’ Plug-in connections are given for easy access to output and encoder. The single-turn absolute value encoder system (STG) features a remarkable ±20 angular seconds/8 million incr./rev precision. The noise behaviour created by the motor is at a max.58 dB(A) at 1.0 m.
