Product Description:
Bosch is a known for manufacturing high end reliable servo motors. The SF and SR lineup features brushless servomotors well suited for industrial as well as home applications. They feature a compact design making them suited for various working environments. The SF-A4.0125.030-10.053 works on permanent magnet technology with electronic commutation, working with the advanced Servo Dyn-D inverter system.
It features a smooth basic shaft with a holding brake, excluding a mating connector. Cooling is achieved through natural convection, with an option for forced-air cooling. Some non-standard accessories are also included in this model. The motor is protected by an IP 67 rating for protection against fluids and the frame of the motor is constructed using an anti-corrosive grade of aluminium. It is manufactured as per IM B5 construction type. The mass of this servo motor is 16 kgs and holding brake (optional) weighs 1.04kg. The flange diameter is ∅142 mm and the output shaft has a diameter of ∅24 mm and length 50 mm. It is advised to use the motor with a DC link voltage of 670 volts. The rated speed is clocked in at 3000 min-1. The torque produced by this model is 14.5Nm and locked rotor current of 10.6 A.
These motors have been rated to be used in an ambient temperature of 0-45 degree Celsius and 1000 meters above sea level. The SF series features a single-turn absolute value encoder system (STG) for precise speed and position control, with an optional multi-turn absolute value encoder system (MTG) with its precision rating at above said conditions comes out at SF: +/- 20 angular seconds/8 million incr./rev, ensuring accurate performance. It comes bundled with a one-year warranty.
