Product Description:
Bosch Rexroth offers a range of synchronous motors that include the SF-A4.0091.030-00.019. The SF series of motors work with the Servodyn-D inverter system using electronic communication to convert electrical power into mechanical power in high precision industrial applications. This model has a frame size of 4 and comes equipped with an integrated single turn absolute value STG encoder. It can also come with an optional multi turn absolute value MTG encoder. The encoder provides speed and position data.
This unit has a locked rotor current of 10 Nm and a nominal speed rating of 3000 min-1. The torque constant of this unit is 1.42. The design is compact with a low-contamination aluminum frame with the mass of the motor without holding brake being 13 kg. Its maximum length is 246 mm without the holding brake. The motor has an in built electronic rating plate that helps in the automatic optimization of the Servodyn-D inverter to the motor. Thermal protection of the motor is ensured by thermistors integrated in the windings of the motor. It is also equipped with natural convection cooling and optional surface ventilation.
The SF-A4.0091.030-00.019 is equipped with shaft with keyway and feather key, without a mating connector. Wake Industrial can supply the mating connector but it needs to be ordered separately. The motor is IP 67 protected so it can resist dust and liquid contaminants and is therefore suitable for use in different environmental conditions and industrial setups. Motors in the SF series are designed for use with a d.c. link voltage of 670 V. This motor and other Bosch Rexroth motors come with a one year Wake Industrial warranty.
