Product Description:
The SF-A3.0093.030-14.050 is a permanently excited synchronous servo motor in the SF series manufactured by the Bosch Rexroth Indramat Group. SF Servo motors are used with the Servodyn-D inverter system in high-precision industrial applications such as packaging machinery, semiconductors, printing machinery, and more. The motor comes with single-turn absolute STG/MTG Encoder system for speed and position control. This unit is IP 67 rated so it is resistant to dirt, liquids and other contaminants. The construction of the motor includes a smooth, low-contamination aluminum frame with an integrated SF encoder. The compact design also features a plug-in connection for output and encoder. The motor is suited for use with a d.c. link voltage of 670V.
The motor has a locked rotor current of 8.1 and a rated speed of 3000. It comes equipped with an electronic rating plate for automatic optimization of the Servodyn-D inverter to the motor. The unit is protected thermistors integrated in the windings. It also has natural convection cooling to ensure the thermal protection of the motor. The motors insulation is rated F per DIN IEC 85 requirements.
The motor is equipped with a basic version smooth shaft for output. Under load, the shaft-hub connection is subject to various torsional, radial and axial forces. The basic design smooth shaft stands up well to such high demands on torque transmission and is therefore generally recommended by Wake Industrial. The unit also has an integrated backlash-free holding brake which helps in fixing the feed axis when at a standstill by exerting a tensile force that fixes the axis when the machine is powered off. Wake industrial offers a one-year warranty for this motor.
