The SF-A3.0068.030-00.018 belongs to the SF series of servo motors built by Rexroth Bosch for their Servodyn-D series of drives. The permanently magnet-excited motor employs sinusoidal e.m.f. in its operation. The design of the unit is very compact and the unit can be used with a DC link voltage of 670 volts. As part of the SF series of brushless servo motors, the product features a single-turn absolute value encoder system for measuring and controlling the speed and position of the rotor. There are installation Pockets on the smooth aluminum frame of the unit. It features an electronic rating plate and has two NTCs for temperature control purposes.
The SF-A3.0068.030-00.018 has its shaft end on the output side of the unit. The shaft has a feather key and feather key way, which enables positive-drive torque transmission in accordance with the DIN 6885 specifications.
