Product Description:

The SF-A3.0042.030-10.000 by the Rexroth Indramat group is a permanent magnet-based servo motor. The electrical commutation helps the motor to be permanently excited or energized. When the frequency of alternating current is changed and switched to low-voltage AC or DC. The final output is then obtained by directing the power to an inverter. The DC link receives the final output. The peak AC voltage values are always less than the DC link voltage.

This synchronous motor has an integrated encoder, and the frame is made of aluminium. The aluminium frame provides not only a smooth surface but also protects the motor from contamination and corrosion. The SF motor runs on the back EMF principle and has built-in mounting pockets for ease of installation. The motor is IP67-protected, and a smooth shaft is employed in the design. In addition to maintaining the motor's balance, the smooth shaft is ideal for transmitting high-demand torque. The rotating shaft seal cannot be put back in place once it has been removed for dry operation.

The torque constant at 100 K winding temperature and 40 degrees Celsius (°C) ambient temperature is 1.6 Nm/A. The motor's parts are all fixed and immovable, so they cannot be disassembled. The synchronous motor's consistent rotational speed regardless of the applied load and its simplest form of control over power factor are its main features. The mating connectors that are recommended to be ordered separately have a size of 1 with a 6 mm2 cross-section and a 12 to 18.5 mm diameter.
