Designed for low-power applications the Bosch SF-A3.0042.030-04.050 is a 230 Volts AC servo motor that can reach a speed of up to 3000 rpm. This AC servo motor can be used for applications that require a maximum torque of up to 3.7 Nm with a current draw of 2.3 Amperes. The motor also features a single-rotation encoder needed for position calibration, however, the users can also opt for the multi-rotation encoder as well which allows the motor to know its position even after multiple rotations making it suitable for robotic applications.
The Bosch SF-A3.0042.030-04.050 features a holding brake used for safety purposes to prevent any kind of harm to the operator. The holding brake can generate a holding torque of 10 Nm, this is the torque needed to stop the motor to get it into a stationary position. The motor is IP 67 rated protecting it from dust and moisture making the motor suitable for environments with harsh industrial conditions. The motor has a DIN IEC 68-2-27 certified robust design that can withstand 6 times the force of gravity without affecting its functionality.
