Product Description:
The SF-A2.0041.030-10.057 is a member of the SF Servo Motor Series. This servo motor is designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. The use of this motor in environments that might include explosive substances is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by further certifications. Air-cooled designs are capable of operating within a temperature span of -20 °C to +40 °C and can be installed at an elevation of up to 1000 meters above mean sea level (m.s.l.). This servo comes with an integrated encoder (SF). This motor's frame size is 2. It has a basic version with a smooth shaft and no mating connector.
Unlike the SR-motors that come with a resolver, a single-turn absolute value encoder (STG) is used for this and all other SF-motors. However, it is possible to add a multi-turn encoder (MTG) with this servo motor. Two NTCs regulate the temperature. The brake's permanent magnet provides a tensile force to the anchor plate. Consequently, when the motor fails to operate, the brake is engaged, and the axis remains stationary. The electromagnetic field counteracts the permanent magnet's field by applying a 24VDC current, keeping the brake in an open position. When the brake is open, there is no remaining torque.
Thermistors are included within the windings, and their performance is evaluated in the corresponding servo module.
Choose the fastening points in the non-operational area beyond the trailing chain and at a significant distance from the endpoint of the movable components. The distance is equivalent to 30 times the external diameter, as stated in the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the trailing chain. The precision, or resolution, is ± 20 angular seconds per 8 million increments per revolution.
