The SF Indramat servo motor is a permanently excited variant enclosed in a compact housing intended to be powered using a DC link voltage of 670 V.
The SF brushless motor can be operated with a stable power supply from an AC source. The motor comes with its user manual, which should be thoroughly studied before commissioning. The SF servo motor is rated for operation in temperatures above -20 and below +40 degree Celsius. This model may not be used in the potentially explosive atmospheres. It is allowed to be operated at an installation level of 1000 meters above the sea. The SF servo motor exhibits high precision and accuracy owing to its single-turn absolute value encoder system. The motor operation is based on the sinusoidal e.m.f. concept. Its smooth, low-contamination aluminum frame offers durability and strength.
This rapid-response servo motor offers an electronic rating plate that functions to optimize the ServoDyn-D inverter with the motor automatically.
