Product Description:
Rexroth Bosch's SF-A2.0041.030-00.050 DC servo motor is perfect for severe industrial applications as it has IP67 protection, electronic commutation, and high-speed control. It is an advanced variant of the SF series because of the integrated digital control system and encoders. It is compatible with the inverter series (Servodyn-D), which are flexible in design, including axis and supply modules, as well as several functions and interfaces. The stand-alone inverter featuring a standard supply unit is an option that provides the same features and interfaces for low loads or powers.
The SF-A2.0041.030-00.050 is an A2-designed synchronous brushless DC link motor that generates sinusoidal emf. The motor's locked rotor torque, denoted by the type code 0041, is crucial, as it is the starting torque which is needed to begin the operation of this SF motor from its stopped or "locked" condition. Compared to the motor's full load current, a significantly larger locked rotor current is needed to produce this torque. Shaft keyways are used in driven systems to increase torque capacity and hold integrated components from tripping on a shaft. The motor's current or voltage is adjusted by its control circuit based on its interpretation of input signals, which typically indicate the intended position or velocity.
To allow relative axial movement, feather keys are fixed to the shaft and enable movement while facilitating the transfer of power between the parallel opposing faces and the hub. Its commutator functions as a rotating electrical switch by changing the direction of the flow of current between the rotating shaft and the circuit periodically. The cooling mechanism based on the operation of the SF motor can be selected.
