Product Description:

The SF-A0.0008.060-00.008 servo motor by Rexroth features IP67 protection, electronic commutation, and accurate control, making it perfect for use in severe industrial environments. The SF- Servo Motors have plug-in connections to connect the encoder with the output and a smooth, contamination-free aluminum frame. The DC link voltage connects the inverter and rectifier. Power can be transferred between various DC power sources or loads via DC connections with minimum energy loss. The starting torque of the motor is 2.6 Nm. It is the maximum torque that is produced by the stationary rotor at the maximum applied voltage.

The motor runs at a maximum 3000 RPM speed. A powerful cooling mechanism via radiation is also fitted in case the motor's temperature cannot be regulated by natural convection. The shaft end on the power output side allows for high torque transmission without compromising the motor's structural integrity. Ball bearings are among the most widely used machine elements because their rolling motion facilitates movements and reduces friction. Bearings have two primary functions: they transfer energy to support and guide components that spin with one another.

The motors will be stopped at maximum current in the least amount of time because of the plug braking resistors' rated capacity. The minimum energy that is required to run the short-term operation is 785 Ws.  They transfer forces. There are three resistors in the motor, and the maximum resistance for each resistor is 1 ohm. This motor has no brushes, which makes it more energy efficient than brushed DC motors because there is no friction or electric arc between the commutator and brushes.  Additionally, Rexroth Indramat provides customized motor designs that combine additional features and combinations to accomplish particular objectives.
