The SD-B4.140.030-00.010 model requires at least one supply and one servo module to set up an operative installation. The supply module delivers the DC link voltage of 460 V through its L+ and L- terminals. The SD-B4.140.030-00.010 is categorized into two types according to its modules. The first type of model comes with SM 17/35-T inverter module without any capacitor module and the second type of model comes with SM 25/70-T inverter module and the KM 1100-T capacitor module for operating at 2 or more than 2 axis. The inverter module of the SD-B magnet motor faces the maximum power loss of 150 W and 200 W at the maximum operating temperature of 0 to +55 degree Celsius. The motor has an output voltage of 350 mA with a 24V holding brake. The rated current for both types of servo modules is 17 A and 25 A at the ambient temperature of +45 degree Celsius. The module can be installed at a maximum height of 1000 meters above sea level.

The inverter module of model SD-B4.140.030-00.010 should be installed in switch cabinets under the protection class of IP 54 or IP 40 with dust filters in front of the air inlet and outlet. The 24V DC one axial blower is used in this model for forced ventilation. While installing more than one module it should be taken into consideration that the clearance of at least 100 mm must be provided above and below the modules. The connection to the brushless servo motor is made through U2, V2, and W2 terminals of the servo module. Each module consists of 3 resistors of 3.3 Ohm resistance in order to avoid any loss during short-circuiting. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
