Permanent magnets on the rotor and electronic commutation eliminate brush wear, while the motor maintains steady velocity and torque during continuous-duty operation. This arrangement supports repeatable axis response in packaging, assembly, and transfer equipment that depends on smooth servo regulation.
The motor mounts through a standard square flange measuring 116 mm, which suits machine interfaces that use this bolt pattern. At nominal electrical excitation, it reaches a synchronous speed of 3000 rpm, a value commonly used in packaging and assembly stations. When held at zero speed, it delivers a continuous stall torque of 3.1 Nm, allowing the axis to support moderate static loads without overheating.
