Bosch Rexroth manufactures the S20-DO-8/2-2A control module for automation machines with 8 digital outputs. Its each output channel possesses a nominal 24 V DC signal and carries a current of 2 A, with an overall 16 A maximum output current capacity. This module offers push-in spring connectors for wiring and it is enclosed in a light grey IP20 protective case.

The S20-DO-8/2-2A control module features terminals of 8 mm strip length to fit implantation and the terminals are provided with their specific ground points. Its output signal delay at all states is 150 ms and the switching frequency of ohmic loads is able to attain 3000 Hz while on inductive loads the switching is restricted to 1 Hz. The outputs have resistances of 10 k? and all the internal sections are isolated at 500 V AC. The S20-DO-8/2-2A module provides protection against short circuit and overload, when the load is above 2.8 A.
