The S20-AI-8-RTD is a high-precision analog input module. It is used for temperature measurement using resistance temperature detectors (RTDs). It features eight analog input channels. Each of these input channels is capable of measuring accurate thermal information with a 3-wire RTD measurement principle.
The configuration compensates for lead resistance and enables accurate measurement. This module supports various types of RTD sensors. It includes Pt100, Pt1000, Ni100, and Ni1000. These are used in various applications of temperature measurements in process control. Each of the input channels supports measurement of temperature from -200°C to +850°C.
