The RZW03.1-004-025 braking resistor is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RZW Braking Resistors series. In automated plants, it is wired across the DC bus of an inverter so that surplus kinetic energy is converted into heat, preventing overvoltage events during rapid motor deceleration.
