The RZW02.1-132-015 braking resistor is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RZW Braking Resistors series. This external resistor module is connected to the DC bus of Rexroth inverters so regenerated energy is safely dissipated as heat instead of returning to the mains. By removing braking losses from the converter, the unit supports rapid motor deceleration and repeated stop-and-start cycles in indexing tables, gantry axes, and press drives.
