Product Description

The RZS01.1-5-045 model represents the state-of-the-art development of Rexroth Indramat. The model is manufactured to operate at the 3-phase AC input voltage of 500 V with ±10% tolerance. The RZS01.1 sinusoidal filter assists in reducing the effect of overvoltage and also helps in reducing the excessive losses in the motor. The filter provides peak value for reducing strain on the winding insulation. During operation, the filter consumes the nominal current of 45 A while operating at the switching frequency of 8 kHz. The RZS01.1 sinusoidal filter uses ambient air for maintaining the internal temperature of the unit. The overall power loss of the sinusoidal filter is approximately 280 W. The input voltage frequency of the unit is 50 – 60 Hz and the PWM frequency of the model is 100 kHz. The filter is also used to operate the AC motor with sine-shaped current and voltage values. The unit is recommended to be mounted in the control cabinet of prescribed protection. The filter is also engineered as a 3-phase LC filter.  

The model RZS01.1-5-045 is designed to operate under the specified temperature range. The sinusoidal filter must be installed and operated under the specified working conditions in the RZS user manual. The maximum allowable motor voltage line requirement for the unit is 400 meters and the line length should be reduced by 50% if the lines are shielded.
