The RZM01.1-5-360 motor filter is a highly sophisticated industrial machine that is produced to protect the integrity of industrial motors by preventing the excess voltage generated in the pulse converters from reaching the power circuit of the motor. This industrial device is a very important part of the servo system as it helps to improve the service life, it also allows for the operation of the industrial servo motor through the use of long supply lines. The rated current of this device is about 300 Amperes from the mains while simultaneously losing about 800 watts of power. The RZM01.1-5-360 does not generate a high amount of heat during operation, the little amount of heat the filter generates is controlled via natural convection.
Although the RZM01.1-5-360 motor filter is designed with a very durable housing unit, this housing unit does not offer the filter sufficient protection, thus the operator should ensure the mains filter is securely installed in an external cabinet that meets at least the IP56 protection class. The RZM01.1-5-360 mains filter is designed with materials with high metal content, thus it can be easily recycled and used in the manufacture of other industrial devices after its usefulness has been exhausted.
