The RZK02.1-200-NN is an air-to-water heat exchanger manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RZK Heat Exchangers series. Installed on the wall of an electrical enclosure, it extracts heat from indoor air and transfers it to a water circuit, keeping inverters, servo drives, and I/O modules inside the cabinet within their permissible temperature range. By preventing thermal drift, the assembly supports reliable sensor measurements and stable closed-loop performance in automated manufacturing cells and material-handling systems.
The electrical and mechanical ratings show how the exchanger interfaces with the machine frame. Its cooling circuit is capable of removing 5 kW of thermal load, allowing it to protect densely packed control electronics. The integral fan assembly runs from a 1 AC 230 V supply, and the fan connection uses a simple two-wire lead. Protection against accidental finger contact is denoted by the IP20 enclosure class, so the unit must be placed inside a cabinet.
