The RZK02.1-132-NN/S103 heat exchanger is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RZK Heat Exchangers series. The module is intended for control cabinet installation where it transfers thermal energy from the sealed electronics compartment to the surrounding ambient air by means of forced convection. In automated lines, a dedicated heat exchanger helps keep drive controllers and PLC hardware within their operating temperature range while maintaining a closed cabinet interior against airborne contaminants, shop dust, and other debris. This arrangement moves heat to the outside air without circulating unfiltered room air directly across sensitive electronics.

During installation, the unit is aligned in a vertical position so condensate drains clear of the fin pack. Its heat removal capacity reaches 4 kW, which is the maximum continuous thermal load it can remove from cabinet electronics. Sufficient intake space is required, and the inlet side must remain at least 100 mm clear to keep airflow unobstructed through the exchanger core.
