The RZK01.1-200-NN heat exchanger is a new-generation industrial machine manufactured by Rexroth Indramat for operation with frequency converters in the industrial servo system. This exchanger is designed by highly trained industrial operators, it is characterized by its high service life and its ability to support the operation of numerous drive controllers at the same time. This device is specially structured to allow for its easy integration outside the external cabinet, the exchanger also features housing that can effectively prevent the penetration of any solid materials. For optimum operation, operators should ensure that the heat exchanger is operated, configured, and installed according to the instructions stated in the user manual of the device.
The RZK01.1-200-NN heat exchanger does not contain an external braking resistor, however, it operates with a cooling power of 5 kilowatts. This industrial device also has an approximate weight of about 23 kilograms, the housing unit of the converter is about 542 millimeters long and 276 millimeters wide, it is also about 510 millimeters thick. The process of temperature regulation in this device is done through forced ventilation, the exchanger contains an internal fan which helps in this temperature regulation process. To prevent the rapid build-up of heat around the RZK01.1-200-NN, a minimum space of 100 millimeters and 200millimeters should be left above and below the exchanger respectively.
