The RZC01.1-6T-022-V-23 is a power electronics assembly produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the RZC Chemistry Modules series. Designed as a standalone chemistry module, it provides drive power and coordinated control for equipment used in automated chemical processing and surface treatment lines. The module interfaces with upstream PLCs and downstream actuators so that dosing pumps, circulation motors, and thermal elements run at commanded speeds and loads while remaining synchronized with safety interlocks and process recipes. This arrangement supports controlled operation in systems where multiple process stages must respond in the correct order. It can serve as the electrical interface between supervisory control logic and the driven devices that maintain flow, circulation, and temperature in treatment stations.
The module has a nominal input of 3 x AC 400 V ±15 %, allowing it to tolerate typical plant voltage fluctuations without derating. Internally, the inverter section can generate output frequencies up to 200 Hz, enabling oversynchronous motor operation for high-flow or rapid agitation tasks. This range supports motor-driven circulation and agitation stages that may require elevated speed setpoints during parts of the process cycle. Under continuous duty, the power section is rated for 35 A and delivers 18.5 kW of mechanical shaft power when coupled to a standard induction motor.
