The Bosch RZC01.1-6N-022-N-23 is a chemistry module. It is designed to supplement Rexroth RD 500 drives. According to the type code for the series, the product is RZC, the line is 1 and the design is also 1. The module is designed for connection to three-phase AC input at 400 Volts AC. The allowed variation in the input voltage is ±10%. A NAMUR strip is not available on the chemistry module. The rated power of the drive with which this module can be sued is 18.5 kilowatts. The RZC01.1-6N-022-N-23 has been prepared for IP23 cabinet mounting. Due to similar dimensions as the drive controller, the chemistry module can be mounted adjacent to, above or below the mounted drive controller. Horizontal spacing between the RZC01.1-6N-022-N-23 and an adjacent drive module is not required.
However Bosch does recommend 125 millimeters of spacing between a chemistry module and any other device that is mounted above it or below it. The RZC01.1-6N-022-N-23 corresponds to NAMUR recommendation NE 37 for the design of AC drives. All NAMUR recommendations are maintained by AC drives and chemistry modules form the RD 500 series. Size class of the module is C and its dimensions are 560 x 270 x 315 millimeters. Details for the drilling templates are provided in the manual. Four M6 screws are recommended for module installation. At bearing assembly the ambient temperature range is -25 to 70 degrees Celsius. For operation the ambient temperature range is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. All work on the RZC01.1-6N-022-N-23 and associated drives should be performed by qualified personnel. Work should only be performed when the module and associate drives are not under power. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
